My stay at this fantastic pension was truly memorable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One specific situation that stood out was when I accidentally left my battery pack behind after checking out. The host personally came to the station to return it to me! It was such a kind gesture that I will never forget. The breakfast served at the pension was delicious and the homemade apple jam was a highlight. The onsen experience was also a pleasant surprise, especially being able to reserve a time for privacy. The pension itself was adorable, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a lovely pension in Hakuba called Pension Ringo-No Ki. It was a pleasure to stay here! The most memorable experience in our 3 weeks trip in Japan was the hospitality of the host couple. They were amazingly kind and helpful, going out of their way to pick us up and drop us off at the bus station. The property itself was excellent, with very clean, tidy, and cozy rooms. The highlight was the open-air onsen, perfect for enjoying the snowy weather. The location was also strategic, with bus stops to ski fields close by and good restaurants within a short walk. The value for money was great, and the breakfasts were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I would recommend this hotel.

The hosts were absolutely fantastic and made our stay a memorable one. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The cleanliness of the pension was impressive, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The private onsen was a true highlight, offering a relaxing and soothing experience after a long day of exploring. the location was perfect, with easy access to ski shuttle stops and an enjoyable walk to the nearby train station.
The sound isolation between rooms and the hallway was not the best, and at times we could hear noise from neighboring guests. This could potentially be an issue for light sleepers or if there are loud neighbors.
